Kisampa is a small family run eco lodge. located in a private community conservation sanctuary that adjoins Saadani National Park.  There are 5 villages and several hundred people involved in, and benefitting from, the sanctuary.  Supplies are bought locally and local staff are employed.

The accommodation consists of 7 comfortable rustic bungalows or tents with mosquito nets and private unique and natural bathrooms set into the surrounding bush, incorporating a bush shower open to the stars with hot water on request, and a composting loo.

In the conservation area you can walk, camp and explore and also canoe the Wami tidal river.  There are game drives and night drives in Saadani National Park, river mouth boat safaris, or you can walk and picnic on the beach or go fishing.  Cultural visits to the local village can be organised where you can offer your skills and experience, donate your time, equipment or money to the clinic or school, learn a skill from the villagers or walk with the local cattle herders.
